Our Referral Fee
At Texas Vacation Rentals, we value the relationship with our realtor partners and strive to display this through our above average industry referral fee. Our referral fee for each signed management agreement is $500.
How it works:
Submit your information along with the information of the property owner using the form in this page.
We will contact the property owner and discuss their needs.
Once the minimum rental management agreement is signed by both parties, we'll send you a check for the referral fee amount. That's it!
